The Catalyst Group Launches Family Alignment Partnership

HOUSTON, Texas — The Catalyst Group, Inc., a Texas-based middle market private equity firm founded in 1990, announced that it has closed its Family Alignment LLC investment partnership to additional outside capital commitments. Family Alignment LLC will be managed by The Catalyst Group founder and president Ron Nixon, along with principals Brad Gurasich, David McWhorter and Robert Norris.
