Axio
Based in Weimar, Texas and with service locations in Pleasanton, Odessa, Snyder and Midland, Axio is a wireline services company operating in the Eagle Ford shale region, Permian Basin and the Gulf Coast. Walter Ventures, LP, John Paul Jones and TCG formed and capitalized the company in October 2014.
Flagship Management
Based in Bristol, Pennsylvania, Flagship Management provides full cycle, turnkey equipment service to customers in physical therapy and other industries. TCG acquired a minority interest in Flagship in March 2022 through its Family Alignment partnership.
Inline Services, LLC
Based in Tomball, Texas, Inline Services, LLC provides products and services to support pipeline integrity programs for the oil and gas industry. TCG acquired a majority interest in Inline in March 2019 through its Family Alignment partnership.
Next Level Urgent Care
Based in Houston, Texas, Next Level Urgent Care provides urgent and primary care services to employers and patients. TCG acquired a minority interest in Next Level in November 2021 through its Family Alignment partnership.
Rochal Industries
Based in San Antonio, Texas, Rochal Industries is a polymer and biologics development company developing proprietary products for use in the wound and skin care markets and other select industries. TCG invested in the company in December 2014, partnering with the current founders to grow and commercialize its products.
Sanara MedTech, Inc.
Based in Fort Worth, Texas, Sanara MedTech develops, markets and distributes biotechnology products to physicians, hospitals, clinics, and all post-acute care settings primarily addressing surgical and chronic wound care. TCG invested in Sanara through an affiliated entity in August 2018 and provided additional equity growth capital in October 2019.
Superior Plant Rentals
Based in Gonzales, Louisiana, Superior Plant Rentals is a specialty equipment rental provider of engineered tensioning, isolation tools, specialty machining and more. Customers are primarily contractors who service petrochemical, chemical and refining plants. TCG formed and capitalized the company in September 2014, partnering with an experienced management team who have extensive expertise in the industry.
Triad Life Sciences Inc.
Based in Memphis, Tennessee, Triad Life Sciences Inc. is an emerging biotechnology company engaged in the development, manufacturing and distribution of novel bioactive regenerative materials to address unmet market needs for cost-effective, efficacious wound-healing therapies to treat acute and chronic wound conditions. TCG acquired a minority ownership interest in May 2018.
